  • We're smoking thick cut pork ribs, meaning they have a lot more meat on them compared to regular ribs. And at the end we caramelize them with Lemon Curd. Tasty!

    Lemon curd... genius! Butter, lemon, sugar, what's not to love for a glaze. And easy to make at home. How about an orange curd next time? Keep up the good work Hank.

    First of all it looks like i havet to get me a Fireboard and a pit viper fan..
    Those ribs looks absolute fantastic Hank!!
    I do like how you do a summary on "whats, how, temp's etc"
